You are the controller, Tosvi is the processor. Compliance is a property of how you operate, not of software — every row below says what the product gives you, not that you are compliant.
What Tosvi covers
- Informing the customerart. 13A privacy notice generated for your studio, with your details, as a link and a QR code: on the quote, on the signature screen, and as a printable poster for reception.
- Legal basisart. 6(1)(b)Service data is processed on the contract with the customer. Tosvi does not ask for consent where consent is the wrong basis.
- Consent where it is genuinely neededart. 7Separate, optional and withdrawable, for publishing photos and for keeping the customer's data, with the signature kept as evidence.
